UpBeat Barre combines moves from ballet, Pilates, yoga
and muscular endurance based strength training to provide a low-impact, mind,
body and high-energy program. UpBeat classes will tone, tighten and lengthen
muscles, provide strength in everyday movement and bring confidence,
coordination and an UpBeat attitude after every class. This barre class is all
about music. The moves are choreographed to fun UpBeat music which is how this
class differs from other Barre classes.
Bring 2-5 lb weights and a mat
