In today's ever-changing and fast-paced world, it has become more important than ever to help your child gain confidence. This program will help them to do just that while incorporating discipline into a fitness practice in this Olympic sport. Judo, the gentle way, is intended to train the body and mind. It involves using holds and leverage to unbalance the opponent. DEVELOP - discipline - confidence - teamwork - fitness and have fun practicing martial arts with the Sen-I-Judo Club.
All participants must submit the Youth Consent/Emergency form BEFORE attending any program. A new form must be submitted each calendar year. The form can be downloaded and emailed ([email protected]) or dropped off at Hitchcock. Scroll to the bottom of the registration page to find and download the form.
