Basic Guidelines for All Vendors
(Simple and Common Sense)
  • Fee is $40.00 per 10 feet x 10 feet lot. $15 additional for lots with electricity.
  • There are only 5 spaces with electricity available.
  • You will need to bring your own 50–100-foot extension cord.
  • Tents are encouraged, as the area is an open walking track with limited shade throughout the day.
  • Some lots are gravel, and some are grass. Please be prepared to stake and/or weight your tents.
  • Stay within your lot boundaries (typically 10x10)
  • If a side display is required, the vendor must leave space to accommodate side traffic or discuss with neighboring vendors so each may accommodate the setup.
  • One direct sales company per lot.
  • Boutique campers are allowed. However, limited spaces are available.
  • No pets are allowed in booths unless certified service animals.
  • Remain at the festival for the duration of the event in your reserved lot.
  • Request permission to leave the event earlier than the designation departure time.
  • August 1, 2024, and after, lot rentals will not be refunded.
  • Subletting your lot is allowed with prior approval from the Oasis Senior Center.
  • If more than one person occupies the lot, their name must be on the contract prior to submission and updated when a change takes place.
  • No prepared food or drinks may be sold, as these require a Health Department Permit.
  • Maintain your area in a clean and orderly fashion, as well as pick up all trash at the conclusion of the event.
  • The Oasis will try to honor accommodations for fellow vendors to be next to your booth. However, it is not guaranteed.
  • Our goal is to have 100 vendors, so parking your vehicle to unload and load your items behind your tent may not be feasible this year.
  • There will be designated parking for vendors.

  • This site is updated every day by 4 PM.
  • Due to potential lag time, you will be notified if the direct sale company has already applied to avoid duplications.
  • The Facebook Vendor Hub will provide you with information regarding updates, set-up, and other pertinent information as it becomes available.

  • We are completely full for “Tumbler” vendors.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within one week of registration, please call to verify your form was received. Duplicate vendors will be limited.
