House Concert

Celebrate Margazhi with a Special Ra-Ve House Concert!

Join us this January as Priya Ram presents an enchanting storytelling session through Carnatic music. Discover the story of Andal, the renowned 8th-century poetess who composed the beautiful Thiruppavai. Priya will guide you through the Thiruppavai musically, sharing Andal's tale and her devotion (bhakti) to the Lord.

This special House Concert honors the rich cultural and spiritual traditions of the Tamil month of Margazhi. It's a wonderful opportunity to learn about Tamil culture, Hinduism, Carnatic music, Tamil poetry, and the cultural significance of Margazhi.

Everyone is welcome!
