About This Registration Our oysters are grown right on Tilghman Island. The oysters are set, go through nursery and grow out to 1/2-3/4 inch at Phillips Wharf, and then are placed out on our farm near Black Walnut Point. This local area with a mid-salinity and fast flowing nutrient rich water provides a lovely mild salt oyster with a nice sweet meat perfect for raw oysters on the half shell. We make every effort possible to provide the best quality and healthiest oyster we can produce. We make sure that once off the boat, our branded oyster stays under 40 degrees in refrigeration or on ice until it reaches your plate.
