Help us promote bird conservation and increase our video presence on the Internet by competing in our new, free 30-Second Video Challenge! Use your 30 seconds to share an idea about what someone could do to help support bird conservation! Submissions can be live action or animation and may contain music, straightforward information, cartoons, skits, voice-overs, or other techniques (creativity is encouraged)! See our contest guidelines for contest rules. Free and open to all ages, share your talent and win prizes!
Contest Dates: The contest runs from Sept. 8-Oct. 15, 2018. A winner and three merit awardees in each category will be selected by a panel of judges and winners will be notified by Oct. 17, 2018.
Contest Categories: There are three age categories, 5-11 years, 12-17 years, and 18 and older. See our Contest Rules (attached) for category descriptions and contest rules.
How to Register: Registration is FREE!
How to Submit Work: After registering, please send us your video in MP4, MOV, WMV, or AVI format to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please name your file "Last Name, First Name, Age Category (i.e. Smith_James_12_17).
How to Fundraise with Videos: You can also
use your video to help raise money for SFBBO. Consider creating a fundraiser on your Facebook page and asking people to donate a
certain amount to SFBBO for each "like" your video entry receive. We
can also create a page for you on our website where you can showcase your video
and ask for donations to support bird conservation.
