Wherever you are in the home-buying process, we're here to help! Our HUD-Certified Housing Counselors will work with you to get credit ready for potential lenders, educate you on potential pitfalls, and refer you to reputable real estate partners to help make your dream of homeownership a reality.

They include income and federal tax documents from the most recent two years. These documents are ultimately needed to see the full scope of your financial situation.
