About This Registration
The Kids Space for the Good in the Hood Multicultural Music & Food Festival is a kid-friendly event with a phenomenal Kids Space area that will have exciting activities, crafts, exhibits, participatory games, face painting, puppet shows, Legacy Emanuel Medical Center "Trauma Nurses Talk Tough" $6 discounted bicycle helmet sale and much more.
Good in the Hood (GITH) is working to incorporate a youth venue to empower and demonstrate to the youth that they can
have a positive impact on our community.
The fees include 10x10 tent space for both Saturday and Sunday. Each vendor will be provided with a six-foot table and two
chairs. Table coverings, materials, etc. are your responsibility. Due to the rental space, canopies, chairs, and tables, we
are unable to offer discounted rates for vendors who choose to participate for one (1) day only. Space is reserved on a
first come, first served basis; tables will be assigned accordingly.
Vendors are asked to set up tables on SATURDAY, JUNE 22 and SUNDAY, JUNE 23 BEFORE 11:00 AM. Check in at the Vendor/Volunteer Check-In station. Further instructions for loading/unloading including where to park will be provided by the Kids Space Coordinator.
*If you are participating in the 2019 GITH parade, please make arrangements to set up your table prior to the parade
with the Kids Space Coordinator. *
There will be on-site 24-hour security. However, Good in the Hood 501c(3) are not liable for any damage or theft to
materials left overnight.
If you have any further questions, please contact Kids Space Coordinator, Ethel Kent Warren at (503) 593-3590.
