About This Registration
Sick Body, Healthy Mind
Saturday, March 21; 9:30am-4:30pm
Suggested contribution: $25-50 registration + teacher donation
How does one accept things as they are? We will identify stressful thoughts which increase our suffering, and learn to let them go. Development of equanimity and self compassion will be emphasized. This day will include guided meditation, dialog and dyadic work. Suitable for beginners and experienced students. Cheryl is the author of a new book, Breast Cancer Meets Mindfulness, Surrendering to Life.
