You will focus on Amarcha, a stance that hones your ability to stay low to the ground while maintaining strength and balance in your core and legs. This power generating stance works your strength, endurance and stamina.
Anyone with a movement, martial arts, or dance background. Those who have taken Arjun’s previous workshop are encouraged to attend.
