Supporting: Step It Up for A Step Ahead Virtual 5K 10K for A Step Ahead Foundation Tri-Cities

Campaign has ended.

I believe everyone should have free and easy access to the pregnancy prevention they feel most comfortable using.

I believe everyone should have free and easy access to evidence-based reproductive and sexual health education.

Research shows that programs such as ours reduce rates of unintended pregnancy (and abortion) in the communities they serve.

Research shows that mamas, babies, families, and communities are healthier when pregnancies are planned!

A Step Ahead Foundation Tri-Cities works to make this a reality for our community!

A Step Ahead Foundation Tri-Cities mission:

To remove barriers to long acting reversible contraceptives (LARC) and provide individuals a step ahead to maximize their potential in the Tri-Cities region of Northeast Tennessee.

A Step Ahead Foundation Tri-Cities offers free LARC (IUDs, hormonal implant Nexplanon, and the Depo Shot) to any resident or student in the eight counties of Northeast Tennessee. Additionally, we pay for all costs associated with receiving a LARC method, including the contraceptive consultation, testing required, transportation via Lyft or gas card, and removal. We also offer free comprehensive reproductive health education to anyone in our region.
