I’ve been participating in #100MileNovember for the past three years, and I’m looking to continually spread the word! After hearing about this cause through a close friend and while majoring in psychology, I have wanted to share AAADF’s message to the public, as well as to my teammates who persevere through their own internal battles. Although I don’t have any mental health obstacles, I have been along side many friends and teammates who have needed extra support when they felt like their back was against the wall and the world wouldn’t understand their battles. To help end the stigma associated with mental illness, it’s important that we talk about it, share our stories, and always lend a helping hand whenever we can. I’m proud to say I’m apart of this fight, and want to make sure that every individual who faces these challenges knows that someone is always cheering them on and has their back.

Join the Athletes Against Anxiety and Depression Foundation for the 5th Annual #100MileNovember Challenge! Join the challenge to walk, jog, crawl, bike, swim or anything you want to do to achieve 100 Miles to raise funds and awareness for Mental Health.

AAAD provides resources like Free Therapy for those suffering from a Mental Health Issue and you can help with AAAD's mission. This year we are providing a Peer-to-Peer fundraising opportunity to allow individuals to challenge their community to get involved and help raise $10,000 for Mental Health Resources!

Get involved, get moving and participate on Social Media by using the #100MileNovember! You can contact us with any questions at [email protected] and can find all info regarding AAAD at aaadf.org as well!

We appreciate everyone for getting involved and for helping us #BeTheChange for #MentalHealth
