Our beloved dog Ace was diagnosed with lymphoma on November 7, 2024. Given the severity of his illness he was not an ideal candidate for chemotherapy. Our veterinarian suggested palliative care.

Ace has been a big part of our family and has grown up with his two human babies. He has been a four legged sibling, always playing with the babies, jumps on the trampoline with them, takes splashes in the kiddie pool with them despite him not being a fan of baths, ever. This is a heartbreaking and devastating time for our family.

Ace has come to the end of his palliative care as he is now struggling to breathe, not enjoying life at all and I feel to continue forward is only prolonging his suffering.

I have decided to go forward with euthanasia and help him peacefully cross the rainbow
