Hello my name is Dawn. The reason I'm reaching out today is because of my lit Ally. She a small dog and also a rescue.  Ally has alot of life left in  her. She is a loveable girl and a great protector for me sence I live alone. I've had Ally for almost 5 years. Ally has a large Tumor and needs surgery in order to live and I cannot afford it. Iam low income.
