Hello I am trying to raise funds for my cat named Buddy. When I rescued him his health was extremely poor and I knew that if I did not rescue him he would die shortly. I took him to the vet immediately and the medication he was given greatly improved his health but he was not 100%.  

Unfortunately, on his second visit we discovered he has a diaphragmatic hernia which has caused his intestines to go into his chest, limiting his lung capacity. It is crucial for him to get this procedure so he does not continue to struggle to breathe. 

This is a rare procedure and unfortunately the cost I have been estimated is $4000 or more depending on after care. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
