I am writing on behalf of the Monday Morning Quarterback Club, a Birmingham charity that has and is making a big difference in our community. As part of my own commitment to the Club, I am working to raise money for the Club to support the Quarterbacking Children's Health Foundation. I have started my fundraising with an initial $500 contribution, and I am committed to matching all amounts my friends and colleagues donate.
Football and fellowship are only part of the Monday Morning Quarterback Club story. For over 78 years our members have made a positive difference in the lives of children throughout our community. Our fundraising efforts on the behalf of the Quarterbacking Children's Health Foundation have provided over $24 million towards causes supporting the healthcare needs of children. Many thousands of children have and will benefit from what we do. Give and help us remain the Team that has never lost a game!
I understand that we all have many demands on our time and our resources, and I fully respect your decision either way, but I sure would love it if you would join me in this cause!
We are a winning team with a playbook that supports children's medical needs in the Birmingham community.
The Monday Morning Quarterback Club of Birmingham is made up of members who are brought together by their love of football but set apart by their fundraising efforts.
This year, the club’s fundraising goal is to raise $1.25 million during the 2022 football season. Funds raised will be distributed to worthy organizations that support children and their medical needs through our Quarterbacking Children’s Health Foundation.
We are indebted to our charter members and past captains for making this great club possible. Not only do we continue to enjoy the fellowship, but serve many worthwhile purposes for others who have such great needs.
