Hello friends and family, as someone who suffered immensely with depression as a younger child up until my adulthood I would love for us to be able to raise money for National Children Mental Helth Awareness Month. It is such a beautiful a cause. I will be participating in the Walk – in my shoes 5K run/walk this Saturday to bring awareness to children’s mental health while introducing the stigma associated with it and also providing resources for youths, their families and support systems. If you are not looking to financially participate in the fundraiser then please grab some shoes and come run/walk with us this Saturday. Thank you!
