Supporting: BvB Dallas 2017 Season for BvB Dallas

My Team: BvB Board of Directors

BvB Dallas is a powder-puff football game hosted for a day of fun, fellowship, philanthropy and enjoyment as a way of raising money for Alzheimer's research and awareness. Founded by sisters whose father was afflicted by Alzheimer’s, BvB is a personal way for young professionals across the country to raise awareness, funds and support to TACKLE ALZHEIMER'STM FOREVER.

I have been involved with this group as a volunteer, participant, or donor, since it's inception 10 years ago.  In that time I have watched it grow from a small group into the fundraising machine it has become.  I can't think of any young professional groups doing more for a singular cause like this that affects so many people.  While there are other Alzheimer's advocacy groups, BvB Dallas is committed to funding reseach and caregiver support with your donations.  Over 10 years, we have raised more than $3 million for Alzheimer's research, education, and caregiver support.  That's not just raising awareness; it's working towards a cure.  With BvB Dallas, your donations and sponsorships are really making a difference.

This year, we are sponsoring an early detection study at the Center for Vital Longevity using fMRI and PET Scan technology, a care navigator who helps newly diagnosed patients and families at the Baylor AT&T Memory Care Center, a post-doctoral fellow at UT Southwestern (who is a though and research leader in the field), and several other exciting projects yet to be announced.

So, join us this year at the Cotton Bowl, and at our many events throughout the season, by donating today!

BvB Dallas is a young-professionals organization dedicated to raising money and awareness for Alzheimer's disease. Each year, the organization hosts a number of fundraising events including happy hours, pool parties, charity dinners, a benefit concert and a powder-puff football game at the Cotton Bowl. Founded in 2008 by a group of motivated women, BvB Dallas is a way to honor and remember loved ones who suffered or are suffering from Alzheimer's and related diseases. BvB Dallas has experienced a blitz of success, by raising over $2.8 million dollars and recruiting over 1,000 volunteers in nine years.

A staggering 5 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s Disease today, which cost the nation over $236 BILLION in 2016 alone.  Your donation to BvB Dallas will go directly to those living with Alzheimer’s, and those fighting to find a cure. Thank you for your help to TACKLE ALZHEIMER’S FOREVER!
