Miss Madison County 2023

by Maddey Hennesey

My name is Maddey Hennesey. I was born and raised in east Texas, a tiny town called Centerville. My parents are Sandy and Randy Hennesey. I have one sister, Bailey Hennesey. She has three beautiful children, Jaxx, Brixton, and Brynn, my nieces and nephews. I have recently graduated high school and I am now headed to Navarro college as a sophomore to study physical therapy. I have done pageants my entire life and loved them ever since. I have always had a knack for preforming for people if it wasn’t pageants it was dancing. In high school I gained a new hobby of theatre. Theater is now a passion of mine. Now, I have the opportunity to continue my passion because I will be attending Navarro on a theater scholarship.

One reason I love pageants is because they give me a voice to spread my story and the importance of seatbelts. When I was Sixteen years old, I was in a car accident and was ejected from the vehicle. I thought that this would never happen to me, I thought I was invincible. This is proof that this terrible thing can happen to anyone, no one is invincible. I want to write a book about my experience and be able to target young adults about to get their driver license. They are very impressionable at that age and I want to make a difference and hope to save a life.

Each year, the Miss Texas Organization is proud to present the Miss Texas Competition Magazine. This magazine is made available for advertisement by businesses, families and volunteers who want to promote their company, show support and wish their competing candidate Good Luck by purchasing a Magazine Showcase Page.

Our magazine is seen by tens of thousands across the nation, is sold all year long and is a popular coffee table accessory that may be viewed through out the year. Each candidate competing for the job of Miss Texas or Miss Texas' Outstanding Teen, sets a goal of how many magazine showcase pages she wants dedicated just to her. Thank you in advance for your support.

We are grateful for your donation and support to Miss Texas Scholarship Organization.
