Here we go! 

This is now my sixth year joining the Sing for America chorus! The theme this year is De Terra ad Astra - From the Earth to the Stars. We'll be singing a wide range of songs - from "Moon River" to "Wind Beneath My Wings" to a new choral arrangement of "Also Sprach Zarathustra" (the theme from "2001: A Space Odyssey"). It is so beautiful! We also get some amazing guest artists joining us to punch it up even more. The concert will be Sunday, April 7th and I would be thrilled if you could join us!

As many of you know, in addition to putting on a fantastic concert in April, every member of the chorus is raising money for their favorite charity. Proceeds from ticket sales and all donations go directly to the charities that each chorister selects. As always, I am raising money for Planned Parenthood. They do so much for our communities, giving women access to things like STD testing and treatment, birth control, well-woman exams, cancer screening and prevention, abortion, hormone therapy, infertility services and general health care. They were my health care provider when I was a poor college student! This is an easy way for you to help them continue their invaluable work.
