Shooting for the Stars in Song!

by Barbara Treadwell

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page!

Please help me support the SFMarin Food Bank by making a tax-deductible donation through my Sing for America fundraising page. The process is fast, easy, and secure.

It is such a priviledge to raise money in this glorious way.  As I described to a friend what we do to make these contributions to local organizations, she was intrigued.  In an "AHA" moment, she said:  "I get it!  You sing for their supper!"  So that is my mantra this year as I join my fellow choristers.  Food insecurity in the Bay area is real and needs our attention.  I feed my own soul in song for their benefit.  Any amount you consider is much appreciated.  You can donate directly on this website, or if you choose to send a check to me, please make it payable to "Sing for America" and address it to me at 5 Andrew Drive #48, Belvedere Tiburon, CA 94920.  Please include my member number SFA121 in the memo line.

Between now and April, I’ll be rehearsing with the Sing for America Chorus for our Annual Benefit Concert at 7 p.m. on April 7, 2024, at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco.  Our Gala Concert this year "De Terra ad Astra (from the Earth to the Stars)" features guest emcee Robert Picardo (Star Trek: Voyager).

I hope you will be able to attend our Gala Benefit Concert on April 7th.  Please use "SFA121" in the coupon box at City Box Office for a $10 discount off the $45 ticket price.  Here is the link tBUY TICKETS.  If you wish to purchase tickets directly from me, please send a check as above at the discounted price of $35 per person, and I'll leave them at the Palace of Fine Arts Box Office the night of the performance.  It's going to be a great show!

Even if you can't donate right now, you can help me reach my fundraising goal by sharing this page on social media or email. Just click the share icons near the top of my page to help me spread the word.

Thanks so much for your support!

Together, we can make a difference.
