Meet Noemi!

My name is Noemi Elena. I am 14 years old, and a freshman and Las Vegas Academy of the Performing Arts. It makes sense why I go to an arts school, because I have the absolute BIGGEST passion for any kind of performing arts. I joined Positively Arts in 2020 when I first auditioned for Get Launched Vegas. I remember being so nervous, but also so excited to be performing on stage with all the bright lights, and cameras swirling around me as I sang. The energy made me want more! I worked for more, and that's what I got.

Since then, by working with Positively Arts whenever I could, and I mean like they're a second family to me. These past 4 years. I have developed and improved my voice, stage presence, technique, and acting skills which have helped me land leading roles in JR MTI shows. Such as "Moana" in Moana, “Fiona” in Shrek the Musical Jr., “JoJo” in Seussical Jr., "Sarah Brown" in Guys & Dolls Jr., and so many more. I was featured in the 2021 Positively Arts Holiday Album singing “Let it Snow" and performing a trio for "Winter Wonderland" as well as voicing “Wave the Whale” in the first Positively Arts animated holiday film, "Mistletoe Mayhem". I then starred as myself in Positively Arts's first original musical, written by students, "The Audition Room". Two years ago, I wrote, produced, and recorded my very first song called “Frog Pond,” a sweet little tune dedicated to my best friend Maddie, which I played on my ukulele. Positively Arts has also given me so many amazing opportunities to work with some of the most kind and talented professionals in the music and entertainment industry, performing all over Las Vegas and Henderson.

So this being said, thanks to YOUR generous donation, Positively Arts can extend these incredible performance opportunities like the ones I have described, to myself and to other children who otherwise might not have had the chance to be able to experience the power of the performing arts.
