Adam Schlozman is a guitarist from Kansas City, Missouri, where he is involved in several of the many facets that make up its music scene. Whether it’s playing more traditional standards, supporting a big band, hip-hop MC’s, playing original modern compositions, or making tracks at home in his studio, Adam respects the history of music while constantly bringing originality as well.
After attending University of Missouri-Kansas City’s Conservatory of Music, Schlozman melded into different musical branches of the scene without delay. This has led to great opportunities including performing with artists such as Bobby Watson, Bob Bowman, Denise Donatelli, and Bill Cunliffe, as well as sharing the stage with legends such as Joe Chambers, and Benny Green. Schlozman also currently plays with the Kansas City-based band Eddie Moore and the Outer Circle (recording on two of the group’s recent albums, Live in Kansas City and Kings and Queens, as well as the co-written single “007”). Schlozman can also be heard on the 2018 album from The Project H, entitled Everyday, Forever.
