I'm humbled to be able to contribute to Asian Women for Health's biggest annual fundraiser, CelebrAsians, an event that celebrates survivors of cancer and trauma, as the Model Coordinator.
The incidence of breast cancer in Asian women in Massachusetts has increased by 89%, yet we still have the lowest prevention screening rates in comparison to other groups. These models share their personal stories in hopes to raise awareness and advocate for access to health services.

Join us for an evening of style and inspiration at our annual benefit fashion show, CelebrAsians, in support of Asian Women for Health (AWFH). We will celebrate survivors of cancer and trauma as they model the creative fashions of local designers, Bora Chiemruom (Kravant Boutique) and Philip Sawyer (Philip Sawyer Designs).
Asian Women For Health has been a peer-led, community-based network dedicated to advancing Asian women's health and well-being through education, advocacy, and support. Since 2012, the organization has empowered women to live healthier lifestyles by improving their overall access to health services, support resources, and preventive care. AWFH has also helped to address health disparities through its partnerships with community agencies, health practitioners, policy makers, and organizational champions of diversity.
