This Summer, I am embarking on a great new adventure:

From July 17-19, I will be trekking for the LGBTQ+ community during the 2020 Trailmixer Charity Climbing Even at Mount Shasta. I am super excited to journey up this Cascade beauty. At an elevation of 14,179 feet (4321.8 m), it is the second-highest peak in the Cascades and the fifth highest in California.

Will you motivate me to get my butt up that mountain and make a donation?

This year, we will be help fund the scholarship program for Camp Brave Trails - a Summer camp for LGBTQ+ kids (please read below) and your donation will make a real difference in these kids’ lives.

In order to maximize the funds donated by awesome people like you,
I will (and so will my climbing mates) cover my own costs for travel, lodging, food and gear for this event. Your donation is for the youth and is much appreciated.

Thank you!

Ulisses

Hello from the Trailmixer Team!

OUT Hiking for Our Community (Trailmixer)* is an organization of hikers that promote climbing events every year to raise funds for LGBTQ+ organizations. In 2020 Trailmixer’s 3-Day Climbing Fundraiser will be from July 17-19 at Mount Shasta. We are super excited to journey up this volcanic Cascade beauty – get your hiking boots on. At an elevation of 14,179 feet (4321.8 m), it is the second-highest peak in the Cascades and the fifth highest in California.

This Summer’s climb is helping fund the Camp Brave Trails scholarship program for underserved LGBTQ+ kids from all over the US. Trailmixer believes in the importance of helping kids engage with other LGBTQ+ youth.

Throughout the year, Trailmixer's members and volunteers participate in leadership workshops and community events to help provide kids with tools and skills to grow up with the confidence that they can be whoever they want to be in our society. We are working on developing new nature programs and activities with other factions of the LGBTQ+ community. Our work will grow more with your help.

So will you do it? Will you support us?

In order to maximize your donation, each climber will cover his/her own costs for travel, lodging, food and gear for this event.

In the name of all the participants and partners of Trailmixer, we thank you.

Trailmixer Team.
