Supporting: Competition Magazine Showcase Pages for Miss Texas Organization

I am so excited to announce that I will be representing Frisco in the Miss Texas Scholarship Pageant this summer. Under the Miss America Organization, this program is one of the largest providers of scholarship assistance for young women across the globe. Last year, the Miss America Organization and its state and local organizations made available millions in cash and scholarship assistance. This assistance is not just for the handful of young women who become Miss America, but is available to over 12,000 young women who compete in the state and local competitions as well. For me personally, I earned $10,000 in scholarship from winning Miss Texas’ Outstanding Teen 2016 out of 52 other women and the recipient of the Preliminary and Overall Fitness Award! I have been impacted in so many positive ways through this program and hope this will be my year to take the crown!

Rich in history and social significance, the Miss America Organization is a non-profit organization that has maintained a tradition for many decades of empowering young women to achieve their personal and professional goals, while providing a forum in which to express their opinions, talent and intelligence. Participating in the Miss America system not only has helped me pay for college and prepare for a career, but also has provided me an opportunity to gain additional life experience, to work on issues of importance to society, to enhance my personal and professional skills, and develop my performance-related talents.

Each year, the Miss Texas Organization presents a program book, where companies, advertisers, family and volunteers promote their businesses, showcase their contestants, and wish their girls good luck by purchasing Ad pages to be seen by tens of thousands of people across the nation. The book is sold all year long and is a popular coffee table accessory. Every bit of help goes to support my dream in competing for the Miss Texas crown and hopefully, to go on to compete at Miss America!

Each year, the Miss Texas Organization is proud to present the Miss Texas Competition Magazine. This magazine is made available for advertisement by businesses, families and volunteers who want to promote their company, show support and wish their competing candidate Good Luck by purchasing a Magazine Showcase Page.

Our magazine is seen by tens of thousands across the nation, is sold all year long and is a popular coffee table accessory that may be viewed through out the year. Each candidate competing for the job of Miss Texas or Miss Texas' Outstanding Teen, sets a goal of how many magazine showcase pages she wants dedicated just to her. Thank you in advance for your support.
