Brooke Kapoor- Miss Shavano Parks Outstanding Teen

Supporting: Competition Magazine Showcase Pages for Miss Texas Organization

Hi y’all! I’m Brooke, I’m 15 years old from Shavano Prak in San Antonio. Read below if you’d like to get to know me!

I’m a freshman in high school and have all A’s. My favorite subject is science and I have dreams to become a Pediatric Oncologist or a Pediatric ICU physician. Academics are very important to me and I would love to study at Baylor University (go Bears!!) right here in Texas.

I’m in a family of five (including my dog Oba) and am the youngest one of the family. My family is so important to me, they have always supported me in everything I do. I’m a dancer and have been for the past seven years. My favorite style of dance is ballet.

Pageantry started for me in November of 2020. I struggle with anxiety and OCD, which I’ve based my platform on. But I never thought I would fall in love with pageants like I did. Pageants give me a microphone to share my story and platform, pageants are so much more than looking pretty in a dress.

You are MORE than capable is my platform that helps children with anxiety and OCD to believe in themselves and conquer their fears. I visit pediatric psychiatric hospitals and spend time with the children (before COVID-19 of course) and remind them that they can do anything!

I hope you enjoyed reading about me and I hope to get to know you! If you’d like to help me and be a part of my journey to becoming Miss Texas Outstanding Teen, I would be so appreciative! Thank you for reading this!

Each year, the Miss Texas Organization is proud to present the Miss Texas Competition Magazine. This magazine is made available for advertisement by businesses, families and volunteers who want to promote their company, show support and wish their competing candidate Good Luck by purchasing a Magazine Showcase Page.

Our magazine is seen by tens of thousands across the nation, is sold all year long and is a popular coffee table accessory that may be viewed through out the year. Each candidate competing for the job of Miss Texas or Miss Texas' Outstanding Teen, sets a goal of how many magazine showcase pages she wants dedicated just to her. Thank you in advance for your support.
