ABOUT Emerge Missions, Inc.

Emerge Missions is an IRS certified 501(c)3 non-profit Christian organization. We work with God to rewrite the life stories of children and youth in Asia through the gospel, powerful mentoring relationships and systematic programs of personal and spiritual development. Lives are changed a little at a time but the change is lasting. We're in it for the long haul. Emerge team members and local partners have been "building big people" in the slums of Manila and the hills of Thailand for the past 30 years. We are committed to the development of the next generation of God's messengers and have trained leaders and media missionaries from over 40 nations through MediaLight Institute in Thailand. We sponsor outreach kids clubs and education programs in Metro Manila that give a child the gift of an education. 10,000 children are engaged weekly through these programs. The success of the program is seen in the fact that over 90% of our committed young adult mentors in the Sidewalk Kids Program were themselves Sidewalk kids who found Christ and are now pouring into the lives of other kids to show them the way up and out of generational poverty and into the family of God.
