Good Morning, Wonderful Volunteers.

Quick update for today.  If you can use metro do so.  Road closures are going to be a pain today.  Meet at the Military Women's Memorial to start you shift.  We will have plenty of water and snacks.

Thank you for helping us make this the most meaningful Mindful Memorial Day yet.

Good Evening, Volunteers.  

Raising the Ribbons today went great.

We are over half way done.

We'll start tomorrow at 12pm.

Meet at the Military Women's Memorial at Arlington National Cemetery.  

We could always use more help.  

If you are free tomorrow between 12 and 5 stop by and lend a hand.

The ribbons will remain up all week and following opening ceremonies on Saturday we will begin turning them into lanyards and giving them away with the names of each post-9/11 fallen service member on then.

Dear Name Searcher

We are looking to train you all on how to search for names and how to send them to the people who requested them.  Will you each send me (Ben King) and email [email protected] and let me know when I can get you set up on a 20 minute training call with me or another volunteer?

The numbers are most likely going to continue to rise and we will want you all to be ready when your shift arrives.

We have less than 1000 names to go and we need you just to read 100 names before midnight.  No video, no facebook live, just you reading the names of the fallen.  Help us finish all 7018 by midnight.
