Hi Everyone,

I hope you enjoyed the first in what we hope will be many informative and inspiring film-centered events this year!

It was great to hear from our panel members and the audience about many topics that effect us and our loved ones.

Please keep in touch and follow us on Instagram @plantdiego and Facebook @PlantDiego and meetup:

Here are the notes we promised - please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you again,

Tracy and the PlantDiego team!

Our team is providing hot water and some tea bags - you are also welcome to bring along your own favorite tea to enjoy during the presentation.

Thank you!

Hello!

Thank you for registering for tomorrow's event (1-3 pm).

Just a few notes about tomorrow:

1. Please update your potluck contribution using the link below, or simply reply to this e-mail with what you plan to bring and I'll update the spreadsheet. Reminder to bring an OIL-FREE & VEGAN dish (for instance tortilla chips are usually fried in oil). Please plan for about 10-15 people with your dish. Please bring a serving utensil for your contribution

HERE IS THE GOOGLE DOC FOR POTLUCK

2. Please bring a sheet of paper with: the name of your dish AND the ingredients. This is because some people have allergies or sensitivities or avoidances.

3. Please invite your friends and family! But please do ask them to register because we need to know how many folks are coming. Here's the link: https://www.flipcause.com/secure/cause_pdetails/MTc2OTAw

4. I am bringing some compostable/disposable bowls and reusable forks. Please bring your own bowl if you like.

5. When you serve yourself to create your bowl, remember that we need to serve everyone, so take smaller portions a first.

6. Reminder: Please stay at home if you are not feeling well.

7. We'll have PlantDiego shirts for sale! $20 cash, check, card or Venmo.

Thank you!
