Hoppin' into Halcyon

Hi Everyone!

We are excited to see all of you at Hoppin’ into Halcyon this Saturday, April 1^st. Congratulations for planning ahead and purchasing tickets – we are completely sold out!

Together, you have helped raise over $10,000 for Jesse’s House.

As our thanks, we have planned a fantastic day of fun for you and your family.

Here are some notes to make your day go smoothly:

You have purchased a ticket for either the 11 am or 1 pm entry time. We have lots of activities for you to do, so please arrive at your ticket entry time if possible!

There is ample free parking in our parking deck – just keep going up to find an available space! We do expect a very busy day, so allow some extra time to enter and park.

When you arrive, please head to our Village Green and check in at the sign-in tent. Your child will receive a wristband which will give them access to visit the participant tenants to collect treat-filled eggs as well as all the activities. You will also receive a hand-out listing all the egg stops and entertainment planned for the day.

Children are encouraged to bring a basket or bag to collect their eggs.

This event is rain or shine. Your ticket is a 100% donation to Jesse’s House, so no refunds are possible. Feel free to give your tickets to another family if you are unable to attend.

Ruthie’s Flowers will have a limited number of fresh flower crowns for kids and adults available for purchase. Last year, they sold out the first hour, so we highly recommend that you pre-order your flower crown now if you are interested. Jesse’s House will also have bunny ears available for purchase at sign-in with 100% of proceeds donated back to the organization.

We are looking forward to seeing you at Hoppin’ into Halcyon on Saturday. Here are a few details to make your visit go smoothly!

Weather – this event is rain or shine! Be sure to dress for the weather because much of the event will still be outside. If you need to arrive earlier or later than your ticket time based on the weather, that is OK! The event will take place between 10 am – 2 pm.

Parking – there is plenty of free parking available in our parking deck. There are 6 floors in the parking deck, so keep heading up if the lower floors are full.

Basket– Bring a basket or bag from home if you have one in order to collect your eggs – you’ll receive about 20! We will have a limited number of bags for anyone who forgets theirs!

Flower crowns and flower arrangements – we will have fresh flower crowns and flower arrangements available for purchase at the event. These typically sell out, so you may want to pre-order yours prior to the event using this link: https://woodnflowers.com/collections/hoppin-into-halcyon-pre-orders

Arrival and check-in – when you arrive at Halcyon, head to the Village Green and check in at the sign in tables. You will receive your wristbands along with a map to all the egg stops and activities.
