The festival will be held on the edge of our Alfalfa Field located at:
1560 Rockton Rd. Caledonia, IL 61011
If you are familiar with our Lodge and South Farm campuses, the field is located between the two on the North side of the road.
Here is a guide to everything you need to know to have the best experience:
What to bring:
-A chair or blanket for seating
-sunblock, bug spray
-refillable water bottle- we will have free water available for you to refill
-cash for purchasing food, beverages, and merchandise
We love animals, but
dogs are not allowed with the exception of service animals. Please contact
[email protected] in advance if you need a service animal or access accommodations.
No outside food or beverages are allowed.

How do we make purchases?
At check in you will be able to purchase tickets in increments of $2.50 that can be used to purchase anything from our Food, Beverage, and Merchandise tents.
We will have a card reader on site, but country internet is notoriously unpredictable, so we are recommending you come prepared with cash.
All food, beverage and merchandise tickets sales are final. No refunds.
Camping
There is no camping at the event. We recommend making reservations at one of the two closest campgrounds:

This is a low impact event. Please do not forget your water bottles. We will happily supply you with water throughout the event for free. Your first beer purchase will require the purchase of a souvenir Alfalfa Fest cup for $2.50 that you will use throughout the event. All food items and containers will be composted through Collective Resource Composting Cooperative. Recycling receptacles will be provided for aluminum cans if you purchase non-alcoholic beverages.
Tickets
When you arrive, you will be greeted at the check in table. Pre-sale ticket purchaser's names will be on our guest list. There you will receive your festival wristband and your 21+ wristband with ID. Alcohol is only available to patrons 21 years of age and older with proper ID.
