Parents and students,

Welcome!

We are so excited to have you with us for our upcoming summer camp(s)! It’s going to be a great time of learning, fun, and theatrical skill building! Below you will find a few important reminders and a list of information we will need from you in the upcoming days to prepare for a great camp, please be sure to look over this email carefully.

To reiterate, the camp time for youths (under 12) will be 9am to 12pm and the time for teens (12 and up) will be 1pm to 4:30pm. We understand each student is different, so if you have a concern about which age group your student will fall under let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Parents are welcome to stay at CoVA while they’re students are in the camp.

To ensure the best experience, please reply to this email and provide the following information for each camper by Thursday, June 20th:

Student name

Student age

Student allergies (if applicable)

Student concerns (we want to make them feel at ease and excited!)

Student experience

Also, we will be in need of volunteers the weeks of camp. If you are interested in helping please say so in your response with the student information.

We can’t wait to share this time together to grow not only in our theatrical skills, but also as young artists!

We’ll hear from you, and see you, soon!

Blessings,

Hello KPCT Summer Intensive Students!

We're very excited that you've chosen to join us for one or both of our summer intensives! We are working behind the scenes to plan and prepare two amazing weeks with YOU in mind. We aren't referring to these weeks as summer camps but rather as summer intensives as we expect to use the time teaching, developing, refining, and growing skills that you can take with you to your next production. Whether that's your school theatre class, a church program you're a part of, a homeschool co-op class, or our fall production (auditions coming week of August 12!), you'll be better prepared by being a part of these sessions!

Quick clarification on times: in order to better pour into and give attention to our students, we will be dividing the ages into two groups. Younger students will be in the morning session 9-12:00 and teens from 1-4:30. Graphics on social media displayed these times, but the website description was confusing. Thank you for your grace!

More info to come closer to...volunteers will be needed throughout the week, parents are welcome to stay, clothing to wear, etc.
