Meet the Facilitator

Jessica Freeland

Driven by frustration and fueled by passion, Jessica dove headfirst into the world of automotive repair after

her beloved E39 met an accident. The experience of finding a suitable collision center was a nightmare, as

regular repair shops didn't meet the prestige standards of a BMW. Determined to make a change, Jessica took

courses, got certified, and is on her way to become a hands-on expert in BMW Collision. Her mission is clear:

create a collision shop for BMW enthusiasts who craved more than just fixes; they craved passion and a touch

of that BMW magic. She is currently starting that mission at Redline Autobody and Repair.

Jessica's journey is not just about her passion for BMWs; it's about breaking barriers and inspiring others.

As a woman who fearlessly transitioned careers at 30, she stands as a beacon of encouragement for girls and

women to embrace their passions and consider careers in trades, especially in the automotive industry. Jessica

believes that gender should never be a barrier to pursuing one's dreams, and she is dedicated to proving that

through her own success. She is obtaining this goal by hosting informative, hands-on workshops,

empowering women to gain the skills and confidence needed to thrive in traditionally male-dominated fields.
