Good afternoon!

Tonight’s the night! We’re looking forward to seeing you at dinner this evening; if you are bringing any guests, please share this email with them. We wanted to review some logistics to ensure that everyone is comfortable.

Let us know if your plans have changed. If you are not able to attend, or know you will be running late please let us know, so we can adjust the seating and meal service arrangements.

Time

We have four courses to enjoy, and we want to start and end the event on time; we need to be done by 8pm. To fit in all the fun of the evening, the first farm tour starts at 5:30pm, and appetizers and mocktails will be available when you arrive. The dinner program starts promptly at 6:15pm.

Parking

Please park on the street on Dunford Way. You may see a few cars or trucks parked inside the farm, but those are staff members. If you need ADA accommodations, please let us know.

Attire

This is a working farm – there’s dirt, gravel, and tanbark, and we’ll be dining in a section of the orchard; no portion of the event takes place indoors. This is all to say that flats, athletic shoes, or boots are highly recommended. It’s October, so a jacket or sweater is a good idea. Fall-themed clothing will make for some nice photo opportunities around the farm and during dinner, but we do not have a dress code.

Produce

Each course features produce that came directly from the farm! After the event, be sure to pick up a bag of some of the freshest produce in town. Look for the Mission City Federal Credit Union bags on your way out; there will be enough for everyone to take one home.

Last but not least, email me or call if you have any questions!

With sincere thanks for your support,
