Just a quick email for anyone that has not downloaded your tickets.  Several people have been a little confused by the process.  Please Download Your Tickets Immediately If You Have Not Already Done SO.

1. Look for an email from BJCC Ticketmaster

email subject line will read "Todd Just Sent You 4 Birmingham Jefferson Civic Center Tickets"

2. Open email and go to the link to do the simple sign up for Ticketmaster account or sign in.  Saving tickets info is below.

3. If you still have trouble email [email protected] 

Please not we have thousands of heroes going to bowl games so please be patient for a reply.  It is a very busy season for us.

4. Yes, we do have a few more tickets if you have military friends that want to attend.  Send them to our website to register.  Link is on the front page.  www.gamedayforheroes.org

Can no longer attend the game and tailgate?  Transfer the tickets back to [email protected]

2023 76-Birmingham Bowl - Gameday For Heroes

EVERYONE WHO REGISTERED SHOULD NOW HAVE TICKETS IN YOUR EMAIL.  If you do not see your tickets, please check your spam folder.  If you still do not see your transfer email you can email [email protected]

• If you learn you cannot attend - Please find another Military Family to transfer your tickets to.  
• Ticket transfer will come from TICKETMASTER BJCC 
• We look forward to seeing you at the tailgate and game!

Congratulations, you are receiving Military Tickets to the Birmingham Bowl on Dec 23rd 2023. 

Tickets will be transferred to your cell phone separately over the next couple of days.  If you don't see them by Friday 12-15-23 please contact us at bottom of this update.

Reminder - The Birmingham Bowl expects their ticket donation to be used.  Please attend this event.  If you have an emergency, please transfer your tickets back to Gameday For Heroes so we can send another Military family.

Remember a few simple rules for your tickets:

• Tickets
  are only for Military or Veteran Families – If you cannot attend transfer
  to another Military Member or you may return your tickets within the first
  24 hours without suspension. (Except Emergency situations)


• Tickets must be used or go to another Military
  Family.  Unused tickets directly affect our ability to send families
  in the future.


• ALL
  TICKETS ARE DIGITAL.  THEY CANNOT BE PRINTED – Must be scanned
  at the gate on your phone.  NO paper copies, photos or scans are
  accepted.  Only the original Digital PDF.


• You
  can pull up tickets directly from your phone at the gate or download to your apple or android wallet.  We suggest saving before arriving at the stadium.


• If
  you have any issues, please contact Gameday For Heroes directly.

• Remember
  – Not using your tickets or trying to sell Gameday For Heroes tickets will
  result in suspension from our program.  We are thankful for our great
  donors!  Please do not do anything which jeopardizes this great
  relationship.


• We
  try to issue tickets as close together as possible.  We cannot always
  guarantee they will be right together. In most cases families can find
  seating together in open sections of the stadium.


• Parking - is on your own.  Please recon your parking before the game.
  

Tailgate - We will have a hospitality tent for our Military Registrants.  Due to the large number of participants, it will be limited to the first 250 Gameday For Heroes participants to attend.  In other words, get there early to secure your spot.
Tailgate location is just outside of protective stadium in the Bud Light Fan Fest. (Richard Arrington Jr Blvd)

Admissions to the Hospitality Tent includes a
