Thanks to your support, the St. Louis Uhuru House continues developing November 18, 2018
This past week, tradesmen brought supplies to the third floor to begin insulating.
Skilled roofers who had worked on the Uhuru House renovations earlier in the year, returned to sheetrock additional space for offices on the third floor.
Musa, who works in the APSP Office of the Deputy Chair, installed lighting to enhance the beauty of Akwaaba Hall for upcoming wedding receptions and special events.
Mr. Gary Brooks stands next to the apple tree planted at the site of the Gary Brooks Black Power Community Garden and future home of the One Africa! One Nation! Marketplace, across the street from the Uhuru House.
Plum and pear trees were also planted, and a cherry tree will go in next!
