On May 8th, 2019, John McDonald, from Behavioral Health shared some good news with me.  He was recently at a annual safety meeting that is conducted with Safety Services, BPD, Superintendent Cabinet folks, etc....  Each year at this time they review safety data across all schools in the district.  Historically, Edison has been at the top of the list with some of the highest ambulance, 911 call rates.  NOT THIS YEAR!!!!  We had the most significant drop- 92% decrease.  We quickly feel to the bottom of the list!!!  

I was not surprised by this news because I see first hand how hard you are all working together to improve our school's safety, climate and culture!  You are a phenomenal team of educators!  I feel lucky to be working with you!
