Alternate Arrangement 9/29 and 10/6

Hello All, 

Due to 49er games at Levi's Staidum this coming Sunday and next Sunday, there will be some alternate arrangement. There will be no junior or senior orchestra rehearsals. 


For junior group instrument classes and senior sectional classes, please refer to your class WeChat group for alternate arrangement. Some classes will change to a different location while some classes will be online. 


If you are not in your class WeChat group yet, please reach out and I can let you know your class arrangement.

Hello All, 


We will start our classes tomorrow in person. Remember to mask up when you come.

Sanitizers and wipes are available at the door and in all classrooms. Use them as much as you need to. 

Please take good precautions to keep our environment safe. 


Parents/Visitors

  • Parents, try to wait in your car as we want to limit the number of people in the area as much as possible.
  • If you do need to come in e.g. to use the restroom, please sign in at the door.

Online Option

  • Although in-person is the preferred way to learn music, we are in the process of installing WIFI to offer some flexibility during the pandemic.
  • If you do not feel well, please stay home and you can access our classes or rehearsal via zoom. Once it is installed, more details will be announced. 

Junior Group Schedule

  • For the first few weeks, you will only have instrument classes. Please let me know if you still do not know your class time.
  • Starting from Oct 10, junior orchestra rehearsal will take place 10:30-11:20 am. 

Senior Group Schedule

  • Rehearsal will begin the first day.
  • Sectional rehearsal starts at 1 pm followed by orchestra rehearsal. It will end before 4 pm.
  • Wind players - please send me a copy of your covid vaccination record if you have not already done so. 

Zoom Classes on 9/26 and 10/3 

  • We will have in-person sessions for the first 2 weeks. On 9/26 and 10/3, due to Levi's stadium game, classes will take place online via zoom. There is no orchestra rehearsal via zoom. Your instructor will confirm the zoom schedule and zoom meeting ID.
  • There will be one more zoom class on 10/24.

Bring Music Stand for Orchestra Rehearsal

  • Please bring your own music stand as we do not have enough for everyone. Make sure you put a label with your name on it.
