Shane and Kimberly met during a concert at The Gaslight Social. Shane was moonlighting as security and Kimberly was actively trying to flirt her way into VIP. She never made it into VIP, but they did end up exchanging numbers after the concert and have been together ever since.

Shane was born and raised in Casper and is a Sergeant First Class in the United States Army with fourteen years of service. He is an Active-Duty Airborne Infantryman that became the first person from Wyoming to guard the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. He is also the only Tomb Guard in history to stand watch over the Unknown Soldier for 24 hours straight without relief; once during Hurricane Sandy and again during the blizzard of 2017. Now he is a U.S. Army Recruiter in Casper. When he is not working, he volunteers his free time serving on the Board of Directors for the Friends of Wyoming Veteran's Museum as well as being the Executive Officer for the Casper Mountain Young Marines Youth Program. For his work with these two organizations and many others, he has been awarded the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal and the Presidential Volunteer Service Medal.

Kimberly is originally from El Paso, Texas. She attended the University of Texas in Arlington where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Communications. After graduating, she moved to Casper and has since made a name for herself as the News Reporter for KTWO/KFNB. During her first year with the station, she was nominated for the 2021 Wyoming Association of Broadcasters Best News Piece. Not only does she cover community events within Natrona County, but she participates in as many as she can. Most recently she danced in the opening number for Mercer Family Resource Center's annual fundraiser, Dancing With the Stars of Casper.
