VT Seva's # 1 priority is Children's future!

We believe in our efforts and support schools to the highest standards with education, food and primary healthcare for 1300 students. Majority (~800) of them are boarding students and we provide 3 meals to them. Non residential students are provided lunch meal.

VT Seva Dallas is celebrating 10th anniversary of Tarangini event with a project goal of supporting the food for at least 800 students. With just 0.54C/day, you can feed a student for one full year.

We all have special days in our life such as birthdays, anniversaries and graduation ceremonies. Make it extra special with a  pledge to feed a student for year on your special day or to celebrate special days of your loved ones. We will email you and your loved ones a video of wishes from the students for that occasion. With $200, you will be empowering a student with nutritious food and it certainly helps children in excelling at education with good health.

Immortal Star (Amrutha Swathi)

LATEST UPDATE (01/16/2019) - With generous support from family and friends, we have raised funds to support  "Feed A Student" program for 225 students.

Amrutha Swathi fondly called as Amma by her father lived her life always smiling and being compassionate. At the age of 29 years, she physically left this world in a sudden manner on Dec 27th. She was diagnosed with Heart Palpitations problem 6 years ago, which had a risk factor of one in thousands and was considered harmless. Unfortunately our Swathi became that one, leaving our family heartbroken. It is extremely painful to see her 5 year old dearest son Shanthan, parents - Varija and Srinivas, husband - Venkat, brother - Gopi and her loving big family go through this huge loss.

As her aunt Munni Pinni observed and rightly put, Swathi was never in the limelight with her words or seek any kind of attention. Even her demise happened in the same manner without any of us having a chance to save her. She is pretty and very beautiful inside out. Her contagious smile, strong family values and helping nature won many hearts. None of the immediate family members knew about her help to many people who turned out in last couple of days sharing about the money, gifts and moral support she gave them. She touched the lives of orphans, watchman, sweeper, an old priest of 80 years, small businessman, many of her classmates to name a few with her kind gestures.

In immortal love of our dearest Swathi, we would like to extend the same to feed underprivileged children living as Amma, as called by her father and son with love. Amma pette annam muddha Amrutham. Please join us.
