Adrian and I have been together for 16 years and married for 11 years this coming April. We have 4 beautiful children ages 14, 12, 10, and 4. We got married in a small ceremony with just our parents when I was 20 and he was 23. We met when I was 14 and he was 16. We met at a local mall in Las Cruces, NM on April 10, 2004 and have been together ever since.

I dropped out of school when our son was born and diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Then our second son came along and he too was diagnosed on the spectrum. This really put our lives in perspective and put into focus what our lives needed to look like to give them everything needed to help them be successful.

Two years later we welcomed our daughter (YAY finally a girl!). Adrian has worked nonstop so I could stay home until our daughter went into preschool. Then I quickly went back to school and graduated with my GED and now attend Casper College to further my education. He now works for the city and I for the school district. In the midst of our busy schedule of work and raising 3 kiddos we added our last son to the family through adoption.

We are planning to renew our vows with a small ceremony in the upcoming year, so our kids can be a part of such a joyous day, since they couldn't attend our first ceremony. At that time we just wanted to be married and be a family with the same last name without the wedding chaos, which at the time wasn't in the cards given our sons diagnosis and other situations that occurred. We really lived to give our kids our all.

Neither Adrian or I went to prom, which is why we decided to go when we got an invite from a friend. We decided because we didn't have a wedding, honeymoon, or prom we're making it our year to catch up on some milestones and grabbing ahold of 2020.

?Please vote for us to be Prom King & Queen!
