Bar and Bat Mitzvah Registration Form FAQ:

1. What should I do if I don't know the answer to a question?

Please answer all applicable questions to the best of your ability.

If you are unsure of an answer to a required question, you can write "TBD" (to be determined). 

2. I have more than one child, do I need to register them each separately?

Yes! Please complete  a separate registration form for each child. 

3. Can I complete a registration form if the ceremony date has not yet been determined?

Yes! Please register your child(ren) even if you are unsure of the ceremony date at this time. 

4. Is my preferred ceremony date guaranteed?

Yes! Once your non-refundable ceremony deposit of $2000 is paid, your date is guaranteed.
