Spooktacular - La Quinta - October 21st

Join us at our Halloween Spooktacular Trunk-or-Treat for the autism and intellectual/developmental disability community. This free family-friendly event offers individuals an opportunity to celebrate Halloween in a safe and supportive environment. There will be carnival games, a corn maze, inflatables, trick-or-treat stations, music, community resources, and more.

In order to make this an unforgettable experience we will need assistance with setting up, registration check-in, event support, and help with the clean up afterwards.

We welcome volunteers 14 & over (individuals 14–17 years old must have a parent present to volunteer).

This is an application to volunteer. We will contact you about the volunteer process and with further instructions prior to the event.

7:30 am - 10:00 am (Unload & Direct Trunk-or-Treat Cars)

Volunteers are needed to help unload staff members' vehicles, unload a storage trailer and to help set up EZ-UPs, tables, and chairs. We also need assistance with directing cars to their designated parking area so that they can set up their trunk-or-treat stations.
