Please fill out the form if you are interested in being in the Memorial Day Parade with us on May 29th. More details will communicated to you once finalized.
The attached wavier must be completed by the day of the parade (1 per person). You can either bring it with you on the parade day or mail it ahead of time. If you are mailing the wavier(s), please allow extra time for postal service transport. If you have already filled out this wavier, you do not need to fill it out again.
