We are looking for volunteers for our 3rd Annual Eagles Challenge Golf Tournament, October 23rd, 203!Date: August 29th, 2022Shift: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (check in at 10 AM)Location: Timarron Country Club1400 Byron Nelson ParkwaySouthlake, TX, 76092Volunteer Guidelines for recording Closest-to-Pin and Hole-in-One on the 18 par 3 holes:Duties: Each “spotter team” is made up of one board member/designee and a volunteer. You will be assigned a hole at check-in. The spotter team has a vital role in measuring and recording “closest to the pin” and “holes-in-one” on each of the18 golf holes. Accurate measurement down to the 1/8” is critical as it can literally mean the difference between a player’s chance at $1 million on the 19th hole.
5 Hours Per Shift
Helping set-up and get players/volunteers/sponsors checked in, swag bags organized, sponsors driven to holes, hole monitors driven to holes, and signage placed out on holes.
8:30-11:30 AM
3 Hours Per Shift
Second shift for volunteers begins at 9:30 am and ends at 3 pm CST at Lantana Golf Club, on October 23rd, 2023.
Will be helping set up signage, help at holes, passing out water, filling swag bags.
Second Volunteer Shift starts at 3:00-7:00 pm CST, at Lantana Golf Club, October 23rd, 2023.
Help with selling raffle tickets, collecting signage, delivering water to volunteers on holes and players, and helping with clean up.
