GOALS:

  • Have a constant flow of income in local coffers through the sale of Branded Merchandise/products of the Organization.
    • C-LIFE SOFT SKILL AGENDA/NOTEBOOK.
    • C-LIFE BRANDED PENS.
    • C-LIFE BRANDED T-SHIRTS.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

  • All Alumni.
  • All Cameroonians (Adults, Youths, and Children).

DELIVERABLES:

  • Design soft skill notebook/Agenda.
  • Propose a Catalogue for T-shirt designs.
  • Select a competent design house, negotiate, and follow up with the designs.
  • Ensure IT sales at C-Life events and other events. (Seminars, conferences, trainings...)
  • Select shops and libraries where it can be exposed for sale.
  • Follow up with a proper online and offline advertisement of the products.

TIMELINE:

  • Initial proposals of notebook, pen designs, and T-shirt catalog: 4 weeks.
  • Review and Validation by team: 1 week.
  • Production of first samples for review: 1 week.
  • Production of first 10 notebooks, pens, and 30 T-shirt samples to launch sales: 2 weeks.

GOALS:

  • Draft a graphic design template for every important date and cover pages for different social media, Important days like; recruitment, official public holidays, etc.
    • Make available the necessary information to help create these designs.
    • Share the Google Drive link for the necessary media.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

  • Our social media audience.

DELIVERABLES:

  • Get the necessary information.
  • Select the pictures from the Google Drive.
  • Send to quality control and validation.
  • Schedule the positioning in the calendar.

TIMELINE:

  • Design, production development, and revisions: 4 weeks.

GOALS:

  • Come up with a storyboard to facilitate the shooting of the Alumni story and other standard videos. Think of every detail fellows. Do the same for invitation videos we do for our different events(outings and workshops).

  • Alumni.

  • Local Partners.

DELIVERABLES:

  • Get the necessary information.
  • Draft a storyboard for every category.
  • Draft a questionnaire for the Alumni story.

  • Planning and drafting everything: 4 weeks.

  • Propose a social media communication strategy after careful analytics of our social media insights. This analysis is a task on its own too. It has to be segmented in months showing graphics of the social media projects.

  • C-Life staff.
  • Social media audience.
  • Upcoming cohorts.

DELIVERABLES:

  • Get access to the social media platforms.
  • Get access to the Canva workspace.

  • Social media strategy: 2 weeks.

GOALS:

  • Draw yearly and monthly content calendars with different themes for each year and month. In this calendar don't forget to mention recruitment birthdays and national days as default posting days.

  • Upcoming cohorts.

DELIVERABLES:

  • Get the activity calendar from the head of operation.
  • Get the calendar of programs from the head of programs.
  • Check out the public holidays and free days.

  • For the Monthly and yearly content calendar: 3 weeks.
