United Way Day of Caring - All Sessions
Follow the prompts to sign the Volunteer Release and Waiver of Liability Form and the Publicity Release Form electronically using your name, email and birthdate.
If a volunteer is under the age of 18, a parent/guardian must also read and sign the form.
If you signed-up as a group of volunteers, please send the electronic check-in link to all participants. Check-in can be completed at the Nebraska Diaper Bank upon arrival, but it will save time on the day of your volunteer event if your group completes check-in prior to arriving.
As a reminder, this volunteer activity is in a warehouse setting. Wear closed toed shoes. Youth must be 12 years old or over and accompanied by an adult volunteer.
