The sponsor lead is responsible for the following tasks:
- Working with Oldsmar Cares stakeholders and board members to contact previous sponsors.
- Cultivating new sponsorship opportunities.
- Finalizing the perks and contents of the "Fan Packs" for each sponsorship level
- Gathering the items for the "Fan Packs" via donation or purchase,
- Updating tracking sheets to identify sponsorship registration commitments.
- Deliver the "Fan Packs" to the sponsors prior to the event,
- Collecting sponsor logos for online use
- Coordinate with videographer to obtain sponsor 30-second videos to be used in the Gala program.
