By clicking the submit/finish button, I agree to the Happy Paws Animal Rescue adoption process and will undergo a home check, and interview at Happy Paws Animal Rescue. By clicking the submit/finish button, I understand Happy Paws Animal Rescue will check my references including veterinary and personal. By clicking the submit/finish button I understand there is an adoption fee. I understand this adoption fee will ensure the organization is equipped to rescue another pet. By clicking the submit/finish button, I understand there are no cooling-off periods, and that if I no longer want or can no longer care for an adopted pet. I agree to notify Happy Paws Animal Rescue and provide a 10 days period to allow Happy Paws Animal Rescue to make arrangements for my pet to be taken back into rescue. By clicking the submit/finish button, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Happy Paws Animal Rescue against any losses, lawsuits, claims, injury, or damages incurred by me or to any persons or property by my adopted pet, once adoption has been completed. By clicking the submit/finish button, I understand that Happy Paws Animal Rescue will disclose any of the pet's health or behavior issues known by the above-named rescue group before the adoption is completed.
